Pdf Reports

Pdf ReportsThis is our first DotNetNuke module, released for DNN version 3.0 in 2005.  Pdf Reports reads data in recordsets (select statements) returned from your stored procedure... then formats that data into beautiful reports!

The current version also outputs report data to tab-delimited (XLS) files, email, or fills Acroform fields in your existing PDF
See it in action on the Demo Page

    Features:

  • Dynamic HTML controls for "no-postback" refreshes when choosing a new report
  • Specify unlimited input parameters to your stored procedure
  • Input parameter controls can be simple text or drop down list
  • DotNetNuke PortalID, UserID, and ApplicationPath are automatically passed to your report to use if needed
  • Display images in your PDF reports (jpg, gif, png, bmp, tif)
  • Return more recordsets from your stored procedure to add sections to your reports
  • Format your report exactly the way you want it... other reporting solutions display the data in your browser but don't provide a nicely formatted document you can save, print or email
  • Print Barcodes to your PDF

    Applications:

  • Most database applications need reporting functionality... Pdf Reports provides it
  • Generate mailing labels (Avery 5161 example provided) for your users
  • Generate product "one-sheets" you can email to customers
  • Fill fields in your existing documents (for example, fill an application using database data then give your user the option to save it)

    Requirements:

  • DotNetNuke 3.x or 4.x
